Government Subsidies & Net Metering

However, subsidy approval, disbursement, and timelines are solely governed by government authorities and DISCOMs. Narayana Solar is not responsible for delays or rejections beyond its scope of assistance.
Installation Timelines
Installation timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors such as site readiness, weather conditions, material availability, grid approvals, and regulatory processes. Narayana Solar will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the communicated timeframe.
Warranty, Manufacturer Responsibility & Performance
All solar components supplied and installed by Narayana Solar, including but not limited to solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment, are covered under manufacturer warranties issued by the respective brands, such as Waaree, Tata Power Solar, Luminous, or any other original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
Any manufacturing defect, product malfunction, or warranty-related issue shall be addressed directly by the customer with the respective manufacturer or authorized service center, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. Narayana Solar’s responsibility is limited strictly to installation, commissioning, and service support as defined in the agreed project scope and does not extend to manufacturing defects or internal product failures.
System performance may vary based on solar irradiation, environmental conditions, usage patterns, grid availability, and regular maintenance.
User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate information during enquiries and site surveys
Ensuring safe access to the installation site
Timely payments as agreed
Regular maintenance as recommended
Any misuse, unauthorized modification, or negligence may void warranties or service commitments.
