Telecaller (Solar Sales)
Job Description
Narayana Solar is looking for a *smart and energetic Telecaller* to promote rooftop solar installations under the *PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana*. The candidate will handle *customer calls, explain solar benefits, and convert leads into solar installation orders*.
Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
### 1. Lead Calling & Follow-Up
• Call *inbound and outbound leads* generated through digital marketing.
• Follow up with customers interested in *solar panel installation*.
• Maintain regular *call follow-up and customer communication*.
### 2. Customer Guidance
• Explain *solar system benefits, electricity savings, and government subsidy*.
• Guide customers about the *PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana registration process*.
### 3. Lead Conversion
• Convince customers to *book solar installation*.
• Convert leads into *site visit or confirmed orders*.
### 4. CRM & Data Management
• Update *customer details and call records in CRM or Excel*.
• Maintain proper *lead tracking and follow-up status*.
### 5. Coordination
• Coordinate with *sales team and technical team* for site visits.
• Share qualified leads with *field sales executives*.

• *12th Pass / Graduate / BBA / MBA*
### Experience
• *0 – 2 Years experience in Telecalling / Sales / Customer Support*
• Freshers with *good communication skills* can apply.
• Good *communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)*
