Key Responsibilities

### 1. Solar Panel Installation

•⁠ ⁠Install *rooftop solar panels and mounting structures*.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper *alignment and fixing of solar modules*.
•⁠ ⁠Follow safety standards during installation.

### 2. Electrical Wiring & Connections

•⁠ ⁠Perform *DC and AC wiring of solar systems*.
•⁠ ⁠Install *solar inverter, earthing, and protection systems*.
•⁠ ⁠Connect solar system with *main electricity supply*.

### 3. System Testing & Commissioning

•⁠ ⁠Check system performance after installation.
•⁠ ⁠Test *voltage, current, and inverter functionality*.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper *system commissioning and handover*.

### 4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

•⁠ ⁠Identify and fix *solar system faults or issues*.
•⁠ ⁠Perform *regular maintenance and inspection*.
•⁠ ⁠Provide basic training to customers about system usage.

### 5. Documentation & Reporting

•⁠ ⁠Take *site photos and installation reports*.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with *project manager and office team*.
•⁠ ⁠Follow *PM Surya Ghar scheme installation guidelines*.

Required Skills

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of *solar panel installation*
•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of *electrical wiring and inverter connection*
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work *on rooftops and field locations*
•⁠ ⁠Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
•⁠ ⁠Teamwork and safety awareness


Education

•⁠ ⁠*ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electrician / Technician*
•⁠ ⁠10th / 12th pass with *solar installation experience* may also apply.

### Experience

•⁠ ⁠*1 – 3 Years experience in solar installation or electrical work*
•⁠ ⁠Freshers with *basic solar knowledge* may also apply.

📍 *All Districts of Bihar (Field Job)*
