Inside Sales Manager – Solar Telecalling
Job Description
Job Overview Narayana Solar is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead telecalling sales operations for residential solar installations under the **PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana The candidate will manage inbound and outbound leads, guide customers about solar solutions, and convert leads into installations.
Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
* Handle **inbound and outbound customer calls related to solar installation.
* Follow up with PM Surya Ghar scheme leads
* Convert digital marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities
2. Sales Conversion
* Explain solar system benefits, subsidies, and savings to customers.
* Guide customers through the registration and installation process
* Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals
3. CRM & Data Management
* Maintain customer records in CRM / Excel
* Track **lead status, follow-ups, and closures**.
* Generate **daily sales reports and performance metrics**.
4. Customer Relationship
* Build trust with customers by providing clear information about solar installation
* Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations
* Ensure smooth coordination with field sales and installation team
5. Team Coordination
* Coordinate with the marketing team for lead flow
* Work closely with the technical and installation team for project updates.
* Assist management in improving sales scripts and processes

• *Telecalling and sales closing ability*
• Knowledge of *solar industry / PM Surya Ghar scheme (preferred)*
• *CRM tools, Excel, Email communication*
• Negotiation and convincing skills
• Strong follow-up discipline
