Job Overview Narayana Solar is looking for an *energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager* to expand our solar installation business under the *PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana* and other solar solutions. The candidate will be responsible for *generating leads, building partnerships, and converting customers for residential and commercial solar projects*.
Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
### 1. Lead Generation & Business Development
â¢â â Identify and generate *new solar installation leads*.
â¢â â Develop relationships with *builders, contractors, dealers, and businesses*.
â¢â â Promote *PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana* to residential customers.
### 2. Sales & Customer Acquisition
â¢â â Meet potential customers and explain *solar benefits, subsidy, and ROI*.
â¢â â Convert leads into *confirmed solar installation projects*.
â¢â â Achieve *monthly sales targets*.
### 3. Field Visits & Market Expansion
â¢â â Conduct *field visits, site inspections, and customer meetings*.
â¢â â Explore new *markets, cities, and sales channels*.
â¢â â Build partnerships with *local agents and distributors*.
### 4. Client Relationship Management
â¢â â Maintain strong relationships with *existing and new customers*.
â¢â â Ensure *customer satisfaction and repeat business*.
â¢â â Provide support during *installation and documentation process*.
### 5. Reporting & Coordination
â¢â â Maintain sales data in *CRM / Excel*.
â¢â â Submit *daily activity and sales reports*.
â¢â â Coordinate with *technical and installation teams*.

Education
â¢â â *BBA / MBA / Graduate (Marketing or Business preferred)*

â¢â â *1 â 3 Years Experience in Sales / Business Development*
â¢â â Experience in *solar industry preferred but not mandatory*
