Job Overview Narayana Solar is looking for an *energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager* to expand our solar installation business under the *PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana* and other solar solutions. The candidate will be responsible for *generating leads, building partnerships, and converting customers for residential and commercial solar projects*.
Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
### 1. Lead Generation & Business Development
• Identify and generate *new solar installation leads*.
• Develop relationships with *builders, contractors, dealers, and businesses*.
• Promote *PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana* to residential customers.
### 2. Sales & Customer Acquisition
• Meet potential customers and explain *solar benefits, subsidy, and ROI*.
• Convert leads into *confirmed solar installation projects*.
• Achieve *monthly sales targets*.
### 3. Field Visits & Market Expansion
• Conduct *field visits, site inspections, and customer meetings*.
• Explore new *markets, cities, and sales channels*.
• Build partnerships with *local agents and distributors*.
### 4. Client Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with *existing and new customers*.
• Ensure *customer satisfaction and repeat business*.
• Provide support during *installation and documentation process*.
### 5. Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain sales data in *CRM / Excel*.
• Submit *daily activity and sales reports*.
• Coordinate with *technical and installation teams*.
