Business Development Executive
Job Description
Narayana Solar is looking for a *motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive* to generate leads and promote rooftop solar installations under the *PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana*. The candidate will work on *customer acquisition, sales conversion, and market expansion* for residential and commercial solar projects.
Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
### 1. Lead Generation
• Identify and generate *new solar installation leads*.
• Contact potential customers through *calls, field visits, and referrals*.
• Promote *solar solutions and government subsidy schemes*.
### 2. Sales & Customer Conversion
• Explain *solar benefits, subsidy, and electricity savings* to customers.
• Convert leads into *confirmed solar installation projects*.
• Achieve *monthly sales targets*.
### 3. Market Development
• Build relationships with *builders, contractors, dealers, and businesses*.
• Identify new *sales opportunities and partnerships*.
• Expand Narayana Solar presence in *local markets*.
### 4. Client Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with *existing and new customers*.
• Provide support during *documentation and installation process*.
• Ensure *customer satisfaction and referrals*.
### 5. Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain sales records in *CRM / Excel*.
• Submit *daily and weekly sales reports*.
• Coordinate with *technical and installation teams*.
